Preparation Meeting: Around 3-4 weeks ahead of your wedding day, we’ll sit down with you (face-to-face or via zoom –whichever suits you) to run through your itinerary, supplier details and any last-minute concerns

Supplier Liaison: In the final 2 weeks, we’ll take care of any supplier communications. We’ll equip your chosen suppliers with a detailed timeline and will act as their main point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination.

On-the-Day Coordination: From the set-up to the final details, our team will be there to make sure everything you have planned runs smoothly. There’s no time limit on our assistance – we’ll stay as long as you need us!

Please note: We cover travel within an hour of Exeter as standard within our fees, therefore Plymouth, Salcombe, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Tavistock (as well as parts of Cornwall, North Devon, Somerset and Dorset) are within easy reach at no extra charge. Areas outside of this may be subject to travel fees. If you only require On-the-Day Coordination without the day-before or a single coordinator for smaller gatherings, our On-the-Day Coordination service starts from just £885.
