Wrap Up Warm

Now that Halloween is over, it's one of our favourite months of the year, November! Full of sparklers, fireworks, bonfires and toffee apples. It's starting to get chilly outside, but the winter sun can still allow for some outdoor winter wedding fun.

So where do you start? Well choosing a venue with plenty of forest style areas will add an instant back drop to your day with all the beautiful oranges and red leaves.

Being surrounded by trees and nature, you can get a colour scheme and theme for your wedding with hardly any effort. Embrace the natural colours and materials, stick to minimal table decorations and don't over do it with fancy decor and table clothes, we adore the bare wood.

As it's November, it's a necessity to make sure your guests are warm! So be prepared with bonfires and blankets on the go. You could even have your wedding breakfast cooked infront of your guests on a wood smoked BBQ. This will bring heat and a delicious smell!

You can decorate the trees and bushes etc with fairy lights and candles. Create a nice romantic atmosphere and it gives you a larger area to put up lights, as it will get dark quite quickly in the evenings.

You can bring colour with your outfits, have you bridesmaids in cranberry dresses to fit with the colour scheme. You can use wildflowers with your bouquet, with lots of greenery. You need to make sure you keep yourself warm too, we adore the long sleeved wedding dresses.

So if you're planning an outdoor winter wedding, fill it with warm colours, fire, woodsmoked food and fairytale lighting and your guests will be sure to have a good time. Top tip do have somewhere indoors to escape to just in case the weather does take a bad turn!
