PAWS FOR THOUGHT Your Day – Your Way!!

Wedding ceremonies are a family affair and more and more couples are

considering to make their fur babies part of their wedding celebrations and

there are plenty of ways for the fur baby to play an important part during the

wedding.

During the ceremony the couple can be totally flexible to WHERE they want

the ceremony to be, as well as WHAT they want to say during the ceremony

and more and more couples are considering pet friendly venues, where the

special member of the family is welcome.

Having a celebrant led ceremony in a pet friendly venue would allow you to

have your cat, dog or even horse present and they can play an important part

during your ceremony.

You can be very creative when planning for a pawfect ceremony and you can

have your dog or cat be the ring bearer or honourable flower girl. Furry

companions would be the pawfect addition to a truly unique ceremony.

Your furry family member can be present when the bride is getting ready or

the dog can take on the important job of walking the bride down the aisle,

wearing a special bow-tie outfit. You can make a bespoke collar and lead using

your own design, which could match your flower scheme. How unique would

that be?

Obviously having you pet at the ceremony can be just another thing you have

to worry about. However, to create a pet friendly environment couples can

book special pet chaperone companies, who will make sure the furry friend is

looked after during the day or even beyond. They will make sure that the pet

arrives on time, washed and looking its absolute best, wearing their special

wedding outfit. The dog chaperone will present the dog as agreed for the ring

bearing ceremony or to lead the bride down the aisle. How Amazing would

that be??

Making a grand entrance!!!

Your furry friend can be part of the commitment signature or they can feature

during the official family photographs.

The chaperone might take the pet home once the family photos are in the bag

and the ceremony moves on, to ensure the couple can party without worrying

about their fur baby.

Why not arrive at the ceremony on horseback? I am horsey myself and I can

think of nothing more dramatic then to arrive at my wedding ceremony on a

beautiful horse. Equally, it would be fantastic to see the couple arrive in a

beautiful horse drawn carriage pulled by amazing looking horses for a very

special effect.

As your celebrant I will embrace your choice and I will help you to give your

ceremony THAT SPECIAL feeling.

Including your fur baby on the special day will help you create the most

amazing ceremony you are dreaming off, despite all the recent setbacks of the

Covid restrictions.
